How to set up WhatsApp Flow?
Currently, WhatsApp Flows is only available on the WhatsApp Business Platform (API). After successfully applying for an account, you can go to WhatsApp Manager (a tool in Meta Business Manager) and apply for an official business account certification for your WhatsApp phone number.

Using the Flow Builder UI, you can build highly flexible and more functional processes and perform data exchanges.
1. Select Flow from the left side of WhatsApp Manager , then click Create Flow in the upper right corner.
2. Enter process details according to enterprise needs
3. Edit the flow JSON in Facebook for Developers and copy and paste it into the Flows Builder UI. Click Run to preview the flow, and then click Save to save the flow.
4. Use Interactive preview and click Complete to test how the process works.
5. Click the menu to the right of Save , then click Save to publish the process. Once the process is successfully published, it can be sent to anyone.
6. If you want to connect this process to the data endpoint to exchange data, just follow the configuration instructions and use the interactive preview to test the data exchange.
2. Create a template message in WhatsApp Manager

You can create a new process without a data endpoint by creating a template message. This method is simple and easy to use, and does not require JSON encoding. You only need to create a reply button for your template message, and then set up the process content according to the instructions and business needs.
Note: The process created using the template information must pass Meta approval before it can be sent. The approval process usually takes 1 to 2 days.

SleekFlow Flow Builder creates efficient automation processes
Flow Builder
Flow Builder allows you to draw automated processes in a visual way without any programming, simplifying complex processes. You only need to pre-set the trigger, condition and instruction to customize the process settings.
Flow Builder automates tasks such as following up with potential customers, sending personalized messages, and processing order update notifications, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers, improving customer satisfaction, streamlining processes, and boosting sales.
1. Chatbots answer common questions and improve customer service
When customers have questions or needs, they can use the interactive messages of WhatsApp chatbots to get quick replies with one button, without having to wait for responses from human customer service. When necessary, the conversation can be automatically delegated to human customer service to solve complex problems, improving the quality and efficiency of customer service.
2. Automated promotion information improves marketing effectiveness
Set time intervals to create personalized WhatsApp marketing campaigns, accurately send appropriate marketing information to customers, and thus improve marketing effectiveness and conversion rate. For example, when a customer signs up for a membership program, the system can automatically send a welcome message; based on the customer's purchase behavior or products and services, a follow-up message can be triggered a few months later to provide personalized recommendations to attract repeat customers.
3. Automatically send shopping cart or payment links to accelerate customer conversion
Connect WhatsApp to e-commerce websites such as Shopify to create a seamless shopping experience for your online store customers. After receiving the customer's shopping cart, WhatsApp automatically sends a payment link to encourage customers to take immediate action and reduce abandoned shopping carts. At the same time, Flow Builder can automatically send abandoned shopping cart reminders, discount information, etc. to increase sales opportunities and results.
